I originally ordered the size recommended by Zappos using the find your size tool, which was the same as I wear in Nike running shoes. I normally wear a 10.5 size larger in Nike running shoes, but 10 in all other. When these arrived they were just about .5 too big, so they had to be exchanged. The exchange was as painless as possible and had the correct size shoes on my feet the next day. Awesome customer service!
If you are getting these shoes, I would suggest ordering the size you normally wear in dress shoes as they are sized much closer.

My husband loved receiving these for Father’s Day. They look good on his feet. He says they are very comfortable. I did have to return the size 13 (which is normally his size) and purchased size 12 instead. Fit great. So I recommend a half or full size down. They were shipped fast!

Even though these look and feel something like an athletic shoe, they do not fit like an athletic shoe. I traditionally wear a size 11 and order an 11 1/2 in a athletic shoe. I needed to order a 10 1/2 in this to get the right fit and have the arch in the right location. Once I received the right size, these were a fantastic fit and or a very light and comfortable.

Fit runs a bit large, I would suggest ordering 1 size smaller than normal, but otherwise these shoes are awesome! Very comfortable to wear all day at the office, breathes well in the summer heat, and is versatile enough to dress up or down. I get compliments from people every time I wear them!

Great shoe; I have a pair of the original Zerogrand in gray suede and love them. This one is kind of the perfect cross of dress shoe styling and athletic shoe comfort. Trying to restrain myself from buying more!

Super light and look awesome!!! I promise you will get tired before your feet hurt in these shoes. Believe it!!!..(half size to full size in the Stitchlite collection) be careful. I wear a 13 in 99% of types of shoes Iwear…except these 12 fits perfect some may feel a little snug but loosen up beautifully. People are always about my shoes (I have several pair of Cole Haan shoes) they love them and the ones that don’t say anything are just mad they aren’t wearing them….lol #truth..

Runs 1 FULL size larger, these shoes are awesome! Some of my fav shoes I’ve worn, ridiculously comfortable and a great hybrid dress/athletic casual. I always wear a 10 1/2, I read the reviews and ignored them, and ordered my normal size, lol I’m waiting for 9.5s to be sent out now. Zappos helped me exchange these very fast and painlessly, one of my first orders, I’m now a major fan and will be putting a lot more orders thru Zappos!

Nice shoe overall but the sizing was inconsistent with previous Cole Haan shoes we’ve purchased. My husband is typically a size 14. Based on previous reviews, I order a 13–a full size down. The length was perfect, but overall the shoe is very narrow and we had to return it. My hubby doesn’t have a particularly wide foot so this shoe seems to run much narrower than other Cole Haan. Too bad because the she is stylish. Wish they made in wide width.

I love these! They are the right amount of dressy and casual that can go either way. Most of the reviews say to size down, but I’m in the process of returning for a bigger size as my husband could barely get his foot in the half size smaller. Thank you Zappos for your amazing business model. The new ones will be here tomorrow.

My son wanted these ‘cool shoes’ because that’s what ‘the guys’ are wearing. That being said, they really are very nice looking and they work as dress up or dress down. He says they are comfortable, but he needed to get a half a size smaller than his normal size. The best part of this purchase was the amazing customer services provided by Zappos!

Fit is perfect. The zerogrand originals slip at the heel and these are designed for a better fit.

This shoe is very stylish and combines the benefits of the newest knitted sneakers with a low profile yet comfortable sole. For those of us with orthotics these shoes do have removable insoles but do have a bit of glue on heel (1in. diameter). Once removed the inside is smooth with neutral support letting you place your orthotic comfortably.

I wasn’t sure about these when I saw them online, but I thought I would give them a try as I needed a gray pair of shoes for a certain pair of pants. I’m so glad I got them – they look great and I have worn them a few times and they are super comfortable. My size was exact to what I normally wear, but I do wear thin socks.

I bought this for my brother for more casual applications. His feet is relatively wide but didn’t size up. He said it was a bit tight up front but after few days of breaking in it stretched out & fits him great now. I personally own 3 pairs or 2.zerogrand and I absolutely love them.

My husband normally wears a wide. Although this shoe is medium, it has stretch to it, so it fit, and was very comfortable for him. He loves the shoes!
