   It’s on the heavier side and didn’t feel comfortable for longer walks in it. Fit and size are true. Had to return it.

   When I first got these and wore them around my apartment they seemed perfect and I was thrilled. However, as I wore them around the neighborhood here in NYC for my errands, they began to shred my feet! Cut errands short to come home and change shoes, I have open sores on the top of my Left foot where the straps rub against, 1 sore on my right where the top strap rubs against. Very disappointed. I’ve tried putting moleskin on the inside straps, but have to wait until these sore heals before trying again, if I hadn’t thrown out all the packaging I’d be returning.

   Cute, comfortable and stylish. They are bulkier than what I am used to wearing but once you get used to the change, these are great!

   I have regular width feet that are narrow but not enough to ever purchase narrow width. My toe area is narrower than my feet and I have high arches. I wanted to love these shoes. They are soft and stylish. Against my skinny calves, the wide-looking bulk of these shoes doesn’t flatter like I’d hoped. The sandals are heavy and with no ankle strap as well as being a tiny bit on the wide side (for me) I have to stiffen my toes to keep them on. They would probably make decent house shoes but that’s not what I need them for. They go with summer outfits that have white in them and needed a light-color shoe. I like then but don’t love them. Cole Haan had made one of my all-time favorite shoes in the past and I will continue to give this brand a chance in the future.

   Soft and beautiful but heavy and hard to keep on. It’s bad for feet to stiffen your toes to hold shoes on. I now realize they are too big and I should have exchanged them right away but I’ve worn them outside. They are clearly a half size too big. I have narrowish regular width feet with high arches. I ordered 7 1/2, my most typical size, but they are clearly too long and a tiny bit too wide. I might have loved them if I had paid closer attention to fit and exchanged them for a 7.

   The strap over the insole is very stiff and dug into my skin. Just trying these on and walking a little seriously hurt. They are going back. Too bad because it seems like they have good support.
