I ordered a L and it was just a terrible fit all around. Also, the hood is too big to use

Coat fits super well, is lightweight and incredibly warm. Very flattering as well. Very pleased. I’m petite, size XS but size up for coats. Small is roomy, but perfect for how I like my coats. XS would have worked as well.
