   Perfect and Elegant Summer Sandal! I love this sandal! I typically order an 11 in Cole Hahn because I can fluctuate between 10.5 and 11. The size is perfect and the look and feel is grand!

   I am usually a size seven but bought an eight just in case. I could not get the ankle strap over my arch. Very strange. Unusually I really like Cole-Haan

   I really loved the look of this sandal and was impressed with the details that may have made it worth the money: the gold toe guards, the black covering over the toe sections, and the extra thick padding underfoot. Unfortunately, even though the leather used was soft, both the back strap and the section going over the toes was uncomfortable for me. I’m really bummed because they are beautiful, but I’m sending them back.

   I really wanted to like these sandals. Everything about them was great (the style, the comfortable foot bed). But…the buckles are super hard and hit right at the ankle and bony part of my feet. There is no way these could ever be comfortable. I wish the stretchy strap was just all stretch material with no buckles — or put the buckles so they are not touching skin. Sadly, these went back.

   I love the looks of the black Carmel sandal. My only complaint is that the shoe is a tight fit and I do not have fat feet. Couldn’t see any way to loosen them, they hopefully they will loosen up with wearing them. I probably should have returned them.

   Very nice sandals. The strap across the top of the foot is a bit snug. I am hopeful after several more outings the elastic will stretch?? Overall, I would highly recommend.

    I thought the materials didn’t look like great quality – especially the embossed strap. Also, I didn’t like the appearance of the gold band across the front of the shoe. They were comfortable, my usual size 9 was the right length, but too roomy for my narrow-ish feet.

    These are really cute! I didn’t keep them because they didn’t work as well as another pair for a specific dress, but I was tempted. I wore them around the house a bit and suspect that the straps might cause some rubbing. Please someone show me a pair of sandals on earth that doesn’t rub and cause pain!
