This pair were terribly too big and very uncomfortable. Wore them once. Not good at all.

The first pair was too big but returned for half size smaller and they are perfect. This was not problem because of your great return policy.

I loved this white Penny loafer and was bummed it didn’t fit me. I am a size 5.5 and the shoe was too big and wide. It made me look like I had nurses shoes on. I need some thing more narrow.

I always wear a 7 1/2 In Cole Haan . These were way too big as were the 7 so ordered another shoe.

I thought these shoes were very attractive, but I was unable to make them comfortable to wear (insoles, heel lifts, etc.,) so I donated them to charity.
