I received these as a gift through Zappos, and couldn’t be happier with this shoe; I’ve been raving to everyone about them. After months of searching for the perfect black sneaker- this one is super lightweight, looks great on my foot (not too clunky or clown-like), and is so comfortable. I think they’ve even become more comfy with time. As a mom of two under 3, I never buy shoes anymore that don’t pass the “holding one child and running after the other” test- these are both functional and stylish. Will be buying more colors for spring!

Great classic sneakers. Several customers said they ran large, I found them to run true to size. Sneakers were on sale when I put them in my favorites. Came back to purchase the following day, not on sale anymore. Pressed the chat button, very helpful person said we’ll still give you the sale price just call this number. The following day I called, had a very pleasant Zappos person help me. They indeed gave me the sale price plus they shipped them overnight. The expedited shipping was at no cost to me. I had them the next day! Could not be any happier with my shoe purchase and Zappos.

I purchased these shoes for an upcoming vacation. I wanted a cute, comfortable alternative to a sneaker.
However, there is zero arch support and the soles are very thin. Not the shoe I was looking for.

This attractive light-weight tennis shoe has a lot of good attributes for the correct feet. Alas, my feet need a better arch support and a tiny bit more width across the toes in order for them to be happy. I’m returning them with gratitude to ZAPPO’S where attitude and customer service really, really count. Thanks, Zappo’s!

I love the look of these shoes, and the 8.5 fit well. (I usually take either an 8.5 or 9.) As others have said, they don’t have much arch support or padding, but I didn’t mind that (I was able to insert my Birkenstock arch supports.) They are very light, which I liked. The problem was that when I tried them on with bare feet (both with and without the arch supports) they squeaked noticeably. They didn’t squeak when I used a thin sock, but as I prefer to be able to wear sneakers barefoot, I will have to send them back. I would have chosen them over the Cole Haan and Puma sneakers I also tried, if it had not been for the squeak, because they are pretty and low profile, the least clunky of the three brands.

Super cute shoes, I got an 8.5 and they fit perfectly. But I normally wear orthotics, and, as another reviewer mentioned, there is NO arch support whatsoever. I’m going to look into getting a 1/2 sole only for arch support as I’d like to keep the shoes.

Super cute shoe!! Very comfy and I got many compliments! I love love the navy flower pattern. It’s so fun and goes with so many outfits. My one complaint is that the blue ink began wearing off the side of the shoe after about the second week of wearing them. It doesn’t deter me from wearing them, but it’s a little upsetting. That being said – I’d still buy another pair but in a different color.

The shoe is adorable. BUT there are 3 main problems. Be aware that there is virtually no arch support, secondly the optic white is definitely NOT white. It’s an off white with white laces. Lastly, for this price point for a casual sneaker, one would like to have support, comfort and color accuracy. Sadly, had to return them.

I LOVE these shoes! Usually wear a 9.5 but the 9 fit perfect. No breaking in necessary. I walked all over Nashville for days in these with no blisters or discomfort. Can be dressed up or down. Received many compliments.

Love. They are comfortable and much cuter on than they look in the picture. For some reason, these are more comfortable than the white leather. I must thank Zappos as I have been ordering and returning many shoes in the last month trying to find shoes that work with my post-Achilles surgery foot. Since there is swelling in my ankle and tenderness below my scar, I have looked for cute, comfortable shoes with a low profile. These are very light shoes with a low profile. Highly recommend!

I love the style of these shoes, they can really flex anywhere from an every day wearer to an extra casual business casual shoe. They are comfortable enough and don’t bother my feet in any way, though I do note that more comfortable shoes exist. As others have noted, they don’t have high arch padding but I prefer a more barefoot shoe feel anyway. The leather starts out a tad stiff so that when you step and the toe box bends, the leather will press into your foot, but this loosens up within a day or two of wearing. Afterwards I notice no points of pressure or discomfort.
Great shoe that I will probably buy again when these wear out because I really love the style.

Hmmm … I guess not. I really liked that these Cole-Haan sneakers were leather, and light-weight – perfect for city walking when overseas. But for whatever reason they just look strange on my feet. Although not uncomfortable. Just a style thing. Other reviewers were also spot on that there is no arch support. Back they go. Really appreciate how easy Zappos makes the purchase/return process – thank you!

I had been on a long search for this style of basic white sneaker and coming up with a lot of uncomfortable, clunky options. These are jusssst right. The white is a great color (a slight gray cast that helps them not be so blindingly white and look better against my pale ankles) and the contrasting panel on the back is the perfect neutral. They also have a slim profile for this style shoe and they are LIGHT–like when you have them on they have almost no weight at all. Nothing feels clunky or stiff or rubs in the wrong place. The leather is buttery soft and they are super comfy to wear barefoot. Due to the lightness, they have a pretty thin sole and very basic insole, so if you are looking for a ton of arch support, size up and add an insert or choose another shoe. If you want something light and comfortable that you can easily drive or run around after kids in, this is for you. They seemed a bit pricey to me for such a basic shoe (thus the four overall stars), but I have gotten a lot of wear out of them so it was a pretty solid purchase.

At first a little snug but as you wear them they get more comfortable because the leather adapts to your foot. They are super lightweight and one of the best shoes I have ever gotten. They are casual, great for walking, and go with any outfit. I usually go for shoes size 7.5 but I got a 7, and they were perfect because they stretched.

I love these sneakers. The leather is super soft. They are sleek and go with everything (shorts, skirts, dresses). I like to wear them untied and they are easy to pull on and off. They are very comfortable. I honestly don’t require much arch support, so I cannot judge the arch support level.

I really like these shoes. I have wide feet, so I was worried they’d be too narrow based on other reviews. However, these turned out to be roomier than I expected. They are stylish and quite comfortable, even after wearing a full day. I like that the leather is easy to wipe clean if needed.

These sneakers look adorable and go with basically any outfit. My disappoint lies in the fact that they have zero arch support and are uncomfortable to walk for that reason. The inserts are not removable. Also, they get noticeable creases in them quickly which makes them look older/more worn than they are. Overall, for this price point I am not too pleased.

I had bought this shoe in multiple colors previously but this one is really sub par. Material feels stiffer and sizing is definitely off resulting in multiple blisters. I’m hoping they will take this back.

I love these shoes. I tried 4 other white sneakers, more and less expensive, and some of the really popular brands, and these are by far the most comfortable. I walk all over in them and my feet never get sore. I’m an 8.5 in everything but running shoes and they are true to size. They also make my feet look cute, not clunky. Cleaning them is a breeze. If they made them in canvas I’d buy those too.
