Absolutely love the look, but today while wearing them on a walk around my neighborhood found that they rubbed painful blisters on both heels. Will try them again with thicker socks.

These shoes run large in shoe size. Your computer system suggested size 9.5, because of this I assumed the shoes sizes were running small. I have primarily bought size 9 women shoes from Zappos in the past. Why your computer system suggested size 9.5, they actually lean more towards a size 10 in my opinion?

I am very pleased with my purchase of Cole Haan Grandsport Journey Sneakers. I had never had this brand of shoe before, but liked the style and color so decided to try them. They are nearly perfect, though I was moderately surprised that they were not true lace-ups, but rather slip-ons with laces to make them more snug and give the appearance. Anyway, these are keepers!

Overall I love this sneaker. My only complaint is the tongue. There isn’t one. It’s more if a slip on to look like a lace up. This isn’t the first sneaker lately to do that so I’m not sure it that is just how they are doing things now. Still comfortable and I love the look of the shoe.

my foot slid around it. it’s a super cute shoe and i was excited about it. but it’s not the right fit for me. i’ll try something else, maybe vionic.

I have a hard time with fit because one foot is a full size larger than the other; I wear a 9.5 or a 10 in sneakers and shoes. Slightly loose on my foot which allows me to wear a somewhat thick cotton sock (which I like), but overall a great fit and very comfortable. I got the style approval from my 37 yr old niece, so they’re a keeper!

Super cute sneaker but I did not realize this she had a non-movable/sewn in tongue. it’s too hard to put on my foot and the toe box is narrow. not good for more average to wider feet.
