I was presently surprised by the quality and fit. I would purchase again, the price was awesome.

For me, 10-1/2 D (medium) is generally OK but a bit snug and 10-1/2 EE (wide) is too wide. Based on past experience with Cole Haan I ordered size 11. These fit quite well and were comfortable right out of the box. Even so, I’ll be returning them for two reasons: they don’t look as refined as Cole Haan’s pricier offerings (no surprise there), and the extra half size made the toe box longer than I want. I am concerned with wear the toe box will crease strangely and make the shoes look sloppy.
