I had to return them. The style and finish of these shoes is great. But they’re way too narrow and long, even in a Wide. I really wanted to wear these because they seem comfortable, but if your feet are on the normal or wide side, forget about it. A real shame they don’t come any wider.

These shoes are true to size and width. I’m on my feet at work for 12 hours a day and needed a nice but comfortable dress shoe. These definitely meet the need. Just bought them in brown also. Great shoe.

Great shoes!! Cole Haans zerogrand are always on the money. I have over 20 pairs and I love them the best everyday shoe. So comfortable you forget you have shoes on. And they can be dressed up or dressed down. Keep up the good work Zappos with Those discount prices!

Have several pair of Cole Haan shoes and they are well made and extremely comfortable

I love them. Cole Haan finally had a conservative color for older guys. Just give us old guys Brown leather and black bottoms and we’re done. I never liked the multicolored style for the office. Great shoes. They fit perfect. If you have a fat foot / order a wide.

I like the color combination. They are basically broke in after one wear. Great Shoes. Order Wide if you have fat feet. Cole Haans are always narrow.

The is a beautiful, stylish shoe and I wish they would have worked for my husband. Unfortunely he has foot problems and these did not feel comfortable on.

I’m normally a 10.5 or 11 depending on the shoe brand. I was definitely a 10.5 in these Cole Haan’s. The 11 was too big as I was stepping out of the heel while walking.
