I ordered the Nine West Aves 3 sandal in a 9.5 (my usual size) and it was true to size. However, I will be returning it because what I received was very different than what the picture shows. The picture shows the sandal with a black footbed, however, the footbed that I received was a shiny reflective silver. The straps are also a shiny reflective material and not as matte or neon as they might appear in the Zappos photo. The shoe was not particularly comfortable as there is minimal padding under your foot. The straps did hold my foot in place, so there was no sliding around in the shoe.

I agree what they are advertising is not what you get. Thankfully my sister in law loves it because I hate what they sent this silver is so overwhelming
